Job Responsibilities: Attending incoming customer calls, to solve existing/ prospective queries. Establishing and strengthening relationship with the allocated customer base. Ensure retention of customer base. Workshop customer’s data to be maintained with correct and latest account details. Service follows up analysis to be done Positive and negative feedback with analysis to be given to Service Manager. Accept service booking and register in the appointment sheet.Skills: Male Candidates only Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good negotiation and convincing skills.
