:Role: Marketing Campaign Specialist
Location: Gurgaon/BengaluruJob Responsibilities:

• Planning, setting up, and managing all aspects of campaigns. .
• Configure and customize Eloqua functionalities to meet specific marketing campaign needs.
• Create and enhance the integrations between Eloqua, CRM, and other Marketing Tech platforms and IT applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Eloqua automations and workflows.
• Create and manage custom landing pages and forms within Eloqua.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into technical requirements.
• Keep abreast with the latest in marketing automation, digital marketing, and effective email marketing techniques.

Must-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, analytics, and campaign execution .
• Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud)
• Experience with SQL queries and data manipulation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Good to have:

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
• Understanding of Eloqua architecture, data models, and API integrations
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
