Our company is fueled by big ideas and our employees thrive in a fast-paced, high energy workplace bent on revolutionizing the travel industry.In this role, you will be a part of the newly formed Global HR Operations organization that is responsible for providing simple, scalable, and efficient core HR services to all Expedia employees worldwide.As the People Team Process Analyst, you will provide direct support for employee related activities on Mobility Tax matters with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, processing transactions with high quality and proactively identifying ways to improve service delivery.What You ll Do

• Manage inquiries from employees, managers and HR on Mobility Tax matters
• Perform audit and tracking tasks to maintain program compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on the delivery of cross-functional processes
• Draft and maintain internal process guides and resources
• Proactively bring forward recommendations to continuously improve processes including through automation and system enhancements
• Partner closely with Mobility Tax to ensure high service level standards and adherence to service level agreements
• Support Tax vendor invoicing review and processing
• Assist People Team with various projects and initiatives, as assigned

Who You Are

• 5 – 6 years of total experience, 3 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility, Assignee Payroll Taxation, Accounting or related field
• Knowledge and experience working with cross border tax regulations preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• A passion for customer service

• Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience using Workday and Service Now a plus
• Previous big 4 experience an advantage
