• Study Visa Counseling
• Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes of Australia
• Convert leads to admissions.
• Handling the Walk-In, Telephonic & Email inquiries.
• Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.
• Following up on the prospective students over the phone.
• Follow-up on the leads till registration.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
• Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
