Job Summary:

• SLS GCET (Global Compliance Engagement Testing) provides support in Compliance Reviews to the Global Risk Management. GCET program is an internal EY review process which includes sampling engagements of the PPEDs to test Legal & Regulatory compliances and internal EY policy compliances. The process ends with providing ratings to EY PPEDs across all Service Lines. Team also provides analytical reporting to Global and area stakeholders for their analysis.
• Essential Functions of the Job: Below are the key roles and responsibilities:
• Perform compliance monitoring of engagements across SLs and jurisdictions
• Learn various tools, technologies and EY databases and perform validations that support compliance monitoring
• Analyze the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues and work with the Engagement Teams for their possible resolution
• As the issues are resolved, ensure timely and effective closure of the monitoring, followed by transmitting review outcome to the Engagement Teams
• As you grow in the process, take initiatives to bring in process efficiencies
• Participate in team meetings and bring in ideas for improvement, as and when needed
• Deliver of ad hoc process activities assigned periodically
• Manage process deadlines and avoid client escalations by delivering quality on time
• You are expected to meet the below requirements:
• Good written and oral communication skill
• Good interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities
• Expertise in MS office tools – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of any technical tool that can add value to the business
• Relevant experience in compliance monitoring or similar domain

Job Requirements:

Education:

• MBA
• Any other equivalent degree or certification

Experience: 1-2 year of business experience
Location: Should be based in Delhi/NCR and be ready to regularly come to office, as the business demands
