The primary role of a staff is to be responsible for completing day to day engagement cycle work assigned. Analyse information, process the data and ensure accuracy of deliverables within prescribed timelines.

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely in team to carry out the day to day activities of Data processing/ Data Management / Account Management of the process and meet the daily/Weekly/monthly objectives.
• Adherence to the SLA’s
• Timely reporting of activities as assigned by Seniors
• Participate in any process improvement initiatives
• Understand and apply the correct methodology, tools and technology
• Adhere to standard processes and ensure consistency
• Be an integral part of the Global and/or Local Client Service Delivery team
• Escalate issues and queries
• Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual goals
• Perform a thorough self-review of all work done
• Assist team in managing client projects
• Adhere to Practice protocols and other internal processes consistently
