• This role is part of ET Intelligent Automation function responsible for providing 24 X7 platform and application support for RPA processes supporting internal functions.

Position Summary

• The role encompasses providing Level L1 technical support for BOT’s developed on UiPath or BluePrism RPA platforms. It includes:
• Basic troubleshooting for any issues related to RPA processes.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Logging and escalating issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents
• Manage coordination and support during Critical incidents
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures defined by Level 2/3

Position requirements (Essential):

• Flexible to work shift-patterns including weekends and evenings across 24/7.
• Either:
• RPA Certified in Blue Prism® or UI Path® OR
• at least 1-2 years’ experience with developing or supporting on RPA
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot and provide workaround to ensure service continuity
• Basic understanding of ITIL Service management
• Experience of developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and charts
• Ability to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong problem solving and analytical skills necessary to support high complexity automated processes.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Willingness/Ability to learn new technology areas
• Position requirements (Desired):
• Experience in handling IT Infrastructure and access management within enterprises.
• Exposure to Windows server / Desktop maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow Incident module
• Experience working in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones
