Job Description :

Ø Preparation of statements – Farmers Fertilizers Permits (mandal wise)

Ø Verification of Fertilizers Invoices raised at Godowns .

Ø Preparation of Subsidy Claims – Sapling/Fertilizers and submission to ADH after proper approvals from various HO’s.

Ø Standby Cashier – going to Banks / Handling cash etc.,

Ø Sapling Subsidy Claims – follow up with ADH – supervising over Extension support executive.

Ø Cash withdrawals from Bank, Cash/Cheq’s maintenance

Ø Preparation of all types Payment Vouchers in Tally – OPD/Mill/Extn./Projects and VZM funds/expenses verification

Ø Preparation of budget and Budget Vs Actual expenses statement.

Ø Weekly Cash Payments to Mill / CC / Nursery Labour and CC Transport.

Ø Monitoring cash deposits in Bank – related to monies collected from various locations pertaining to Sapling / Mill / FG sales.

Ø Fertilizers accounting

Ø Bank Visits and Liaison

Ø Subsidy Claims – ADH Liaison

Ø CASH Controls and Records

Ø Collection of Sapling/Fertilizers/Mill Sales and deposit in Banks

Ø Advances Reconciliations

Languages ; Hindi & English preferred.
