Fabex Engineering Pvt Ltd Hiring for Design Engineer at Nashik Full Time

Primary responsibilities include:

· Preparing layouts, detail drawings, and bills of material to fulfill order requirements

· Making drawing revisions needed to implement approved engineering changes.

· Working with engineers to produce safe, technically-accurate, and cost-effective equipment designs.

· Checking drawings for accuracy, format, and completeness.

· Applying engineering principles to a problem or idea to arrive at a workable solution.

· To manage multiple projects within the design department from concept to production ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.

· To provide leadership, set standards and provide coaching for a team of Design Engineers.

· Demonstrate excellence in Design Engineering skills.

· To plan and co-ordinate the activities of the design group to ensure compliance to procedures and regulations as required.

· To develop processes and procedures to support and improve design practices.

· To be responsible for producing effective new product designs. To review the output of Design Engineers ensuring work is completed with the required level of rigor to the timescales required by the project.

· To regularly review performance and development of work reports.

· To produce all necessary detailed CAD, engineering drawings, reports and plans for the above to the relevant applicable standards.

· To be responsible for progressing all design and development activities to achieve agreed timing, highlighting any concerns or deviations from plan to the functional lead and relevant project manager in a timely manner to support the discussion and development of recovery strategies. Any such other duties as may be relevant to the progress of the department.

Qualifications:

· Minimum qualifications include: B.E. (Mechanical)

· At least 2-3 years of experience in designing of pressure vessels In Manufacturing Company.

· Familiarity with design of mechanical equipment and with manufacturing processes and materials.

· Proficient in SolidWorks and good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

· Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

· Good mechanical aptitude/experience and sound knowledge of mechanical calculation.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
