Role:
End to end Project Management of all cross functional critical strategic and tactical projects prioritized by FabIndia Management right from Conceptualization to creation of Gantt Charts to periodic Reviews to Closure of the project, culminating with the creation of report capturing the learning from the project, hits and misses.
Tracking critical KPIs for various functions on pre-defined periodicity, generating insights/ trends and reporting
Preparation of Management Dashboard covering most critical performance indicators for all functions of the organization
Support the Head Strategy & Planning in Annual Operating Planning, in execution of Governance Calendar and in quarterly evaluation of performance of functional heads on pre-defined KRAs/ Targets
Experience:
2+ years of experience in Project Management role and overall 5-10 years’ experience in Retail Industry (Consulting/ Process Design/ Strategy & Planning/ Business Analyst, FP&A). Non-Retail/ e-commerce profiles not to apply.
Qualification:
Post Graduate (PGPM/ MBA)
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Excellent Process Design Skills (Process – Activity – Task, Formats/ Annexures)
Excellence in creating power point presentations (Slide Design & Communication)
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Experience of working with Sr. Management/ CXO levels
Strong analytical and data management skills Good in MS Excel (Formulae, Pivot, V Look Up, Graphs, Conditional formatting and Macros would be additional advantage)
Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera would be a plus
Exposure to ERP & Tableau would be additional advantage
Responsibilities:
Coordination with the Task Force Team members/ SPOCs for creation of detailed Gantt Chart for all critical projects covering:
Timelines
Ownership
Reporting/ output Formats
Deliverables
Daily/ periodic monitoring and tracking of Gantt Chart progress as per plan
Identification of risks/ issues which could delay the projects and bring it up to Project Head for mitigation/ resolution
Managing escalations to senior management on potential risks/ issues/ delays or to seek their intervention/ decision
Reporting/ presenting the project status at pre-defined periodicity to the senior management to keep them updated
