Job Title- Engineer Purchase

Job Objective– This role is primarily responsible for total procurement activities

Principal Accountabilities: –

· Procuring the material as per check list / Indent. Negotiate with vendors for Spec., delivery & payment term.

· Maintain the material tracking sheet, tracking material delivery & vendor payment with accounts.

· Job Analysis – Prepare costing comparison sheet for each and every item and also for over all projects.

· Vendor Development – New vendor development for price reduction and also for alternate material (New Product).

· Co Ordination:

1. Supplier – Quotation & Material delivery.

2. Planning Team – For Indent, Specification clarification.

3. Commercial – Clearance for Material dispatch.

4. Accounts – Vendor Payment & C Forms.

· Billing Plan: Monthly dispatch plan details project wise.

· Reviews with team mates.

related HVAC / pharma and Turnkey projects, Vendor Development & Cost reduction.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
