Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and ensuring a positive experience during their visit.
– Assist clients in booking appointments, making changes to existing appointments, and handling cancellations, both in person and over the phone.
– Handle client inquiries, providing information about services.
– Manage and maintain the waiting area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and inviting.
– Efficiently manage the appointment schedule using the salon’s booking software.
– Notify clients of any appointment changes or delays and reschedule as necessary.
– Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing client records.
– Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
– Respond to email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a receptionist role in industry like- clinic dermatech, kaya, dermapurity.
* Must have management experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal & management skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Should have knowledge about excel.
* Age should be between 28-35 years.
* CTC will be 30,000-35,000 depending on the experience.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
