Position: Admin Executive Procurements & HousekeepingWe at FAD are looking for an experienced talent in housekeeping and procurements with relentless energy to push themselves further and to find new avenues and unique ways to reach our shared goals.Experience into online travel & tours booking will be an added advantage.Job location: PuneOfficial working Days: Mon to Fri with alternate saturdays wokingWork you’ll doEnd to end procurement processClosely support & collaborate with the Admin Head & HR to execute the end to end sourcing activitiesPrepare, evaluate and submit price, proposals, recommendations to the HR & Admin HeadManual & Online Purchase settlementIdentify & assist on defects, repair, and support related to the housekeeping department.Raise purchase order for approval from the HR & Admin Head on procurement of new items, repair works, housekeeping supplies to billing invoice for Pune CampusLiaise with the vendors, supplier, contractorsStock checks & ensure all certificates, directmaterial, samples for repurchase, warranty period, coverage, are well markedPrepare monthly reports of all procurement activities, housekeeping and bookings with accurate records of inventory including disposal, signed out or replacedEnsure that the housekeeping staff complies with all safety and sanitation policiesAssigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are metScheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as requiredIdentify and report cases of tardiness and monitoring cleaning suppliesProviding training to the housekeeping staffOffice Travel DeskThis role is dynamic in nature & requires a fast paced attitude to stay on top of dutiesYou will be organizing travel for the Director & the staff including external and internal tutors as requiredYou will be required to maintain strict confidentiality about travel plans within & outside the organizationYou will regularly be in touch with Admin Head and the HR to arrange all documentation and formalities pre & post travelAdditionally, company rules about travel need to be strictly adhered to keeping the HR in the loopManage end to end travel plans cost-effectively through online bookings for air travel, train, cabs, transports & hotelsManage emergency changes or cancellations in a professional and calm mannerLocating key suppliers negotiating the company’s purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the organizations specificationsUpdate and seek approvals from the HR & Amin Head on all the aboveRequirementsDiploma in Hotel & Administration, services with a minimum of 1-2 years of experienceKnowledge of online booking systemsA degree in hospitality, travel tourism, business or related fieldAwareness about travel regulations customs & currenciesSelf-driven & multitasking, meticulous, possess initiativePrior experience into procurements and housekeeping will be an added advantageProficient in Microsoft office applicationsGood command of English, written and spokenThe ability to stand for extended periods of time.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftFlexible shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune – 411006, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Diploma (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Application Deadline: 20/01/2023Expected Start Date: 23/01/2023
