Looking for an immediate joiner for a US Accounts and Administrative Role willing to work in a diverse environment with project management, human resource, administrative and book keeping and accounting tasks.Eligibility: Graduation in Management, Good Verbal and Written English, Proficiency in Google sheets, analytical abilities and a go get it attitude.Assist in Accounting Process, recording labor and WIP costsTracking accounts receivables and payablesManage weekly payrolls and maintain timesheets for the New York based clients’ employees.Labor Time TrackingConduct employee-onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Keeping track of various accounts like softwares, vehicles, insurances etc.Keep track of new incoming projects and enter them into the systemMisc. admin tasksJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):Do you know intermediate level of Google Sheets formulae and functions?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:English (Required)
