Secretarial Matters

 Looking after Compliance Work

 Maintaining secretarial records and updating minutes and agenda for the companies;

 Co-ordinating with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, external consultants and other departments for compiling data required for preparing compliance and MIS reports.

Legal Matters

 Drafting and Reviewing of the LOI, Leave & license agreement, Lease deed and Termination agreement;

 Drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreement

 Drafting and reviewing agreement with Brand Principals, Franchisee agreement and distribution agreement;

 Drafting agreements required by other departments such as: market place agreement, IT agreements etc.

 Replying to customers complaints and employee grievances;

 Maintaining legal records

 Co-ordinating with external legal consultants for litigation matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law & Qualified Company Secretary (Must)
• Strong academic record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
