Minimum 1 year US Dispatcher Experience Required

The ideal candidate for this position needs to have adequate experience in the trucking industry primarily in load booking and customer service.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiating and booking freight with brokers and customers to ensure competitive pricing
• Dispatching drivers, providing routing directions, loading/unloading instructions, and other information as needed
• Update brokers/customers and track shipments to verify on-time pickups and deliveries
• Dispatch loads in a timely manner to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• General knowledge of DOT laws and guidelines
• Respond to phone/emails fluently

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of US Trucking Dispatch work experience,
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Gmail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and initiative skills
