Job title: SecretaryLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaRole : Providing administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office.Responsibilities: Directly reports to the CEO. Responsible for travel arrangements, appointments, schedule meetings, managing calendar and other coordination functions. Takes and transcribes dictation. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents. Liaison with internal & external contacts. Checking and replying to incoming and outgoing mails. Screening calls receiving & directing calls. Maintains a wide variety of documents, office files and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference. Perform general clerical duties as and when required.Skills Required: Graduate / Diploma in Commercial Practice with at least 0 – 8 year of experience as Secretary. English Shorthand is Mandatory Prefer Fresher also convent educated. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Outlook.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR11,368.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
