- Manage timely and accurate delivery of all reports and MIS that feeds into decision support system.
- Participate in periodic Business Reviews to highlight improvement areas, gaps in performance and record ATR for subsequent tracking and monitoring.
- Identifying all variations in the Financial & Operational Parameters and highlighting the same to the seniors for further analysis
- Ensure timely update of business performance dashboards and publish trends/concerns across various dimensions on/off the data lake platform
- Partner with IT, Finance and other Support functions to understand the data/reporting needs and help develop SOPs for updation all data in Data Lake tool for further processing
- Drive initiatives to improve data quality, data integration and data governance – financial and non-financial both
- Develop and manage large data sets for consolidation into logical data models
- Provide analytical inputs in standard templates on various business KPIs to drive performance optimization initiatives.
- Learn and enhance knowledge of data lake tool to automate manual tasks.
- Ensure all the information regularly required for Lender’s deck, Management presentation, corporate presentation is maintained and kept up to date on monthly basis.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis
- Should be able to work under pressure to extract/transfer/use data from legacy as well as new systems and convert it into business intelligence.
