Job Description

Our client is a leading firm in information security industry looking for a motivated, creative, experienced and hands-on senior cryptographer. Your job includes writing, developing and monitoring new algorithms designed to camouflage information like bank accounts and credit card information. You will also analyze and decipher encryption systems for various company’s demands and have a good grasp of cryptographic security systems and their related algorithms.
Tasks

• Provide training to junior employees;
• Protecting data and information from hackers and cyber-terrorists;
• Setting up secure systems, procedures and protocols for software;
• Decoding data by using mathematical theories and equations and analyzing various computer-generated models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or a related field;
• In-depth knowledge of applied cryptography;
• Demonstrated ability to implement cryptographic protocols;
• Knowledge of the latest attack trends, tools and the threat landscape;
• Proven track record of independently driving projects in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with fundamental systems languages, modern technologies and functional programming, including Rust, C and C++;
• Familiarity with blockchain-related technologies;
• Proven experience with working on emerging technologies.
