Job Description

One of the leading companies in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Junior IT Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installations, and upgrades of the company’s computers, tablets, smartphones. You’ll also provide the staff with training in software, hardware and cloud-based services.
Tasks

• Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end-users;
• Modify configurations, utilities and software default settings;
• Perform regular system health checks;
• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting;
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software;
• Should have managed IT infrastructure and have knowledge about data and network security;
• Should be familiar with designing and managing cloud infrastructure and responsible for ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure and service;
• Implement and ensure information security and compliances;
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats;
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field;
• Basic knowledge of IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites;
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations;
• Basic knowledge in configuring and managing Apple iOS and Android devices;
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Business fluency in English;
• Confident communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal);
• Incident Management (L1 Support/ L2 Support);
• Follow Email ethics and send communication emails;
• Knowledge of Mail merge, Excel, Outlook;
• Fulfilling workflow requests;
