Job Description

Our client is a leading and growing company in the IT Industry and is looking for a Junior Web host Admin. Web host admin design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot websites. Most importantly, they ensure a safe and efficient user experience.
Tasks

• Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues;
• Identify or address interoperability requirements;
• Track, compile, and analyze website usage data;
• Document application and website changes or change procedures;
• Develop or document style guidelines for website content;
• Communicates with site visitors and users regarding site updates, anticipated and unanticipated downtime, resolution of bugs and outages;
• Drafts, documents, and implements backup, recovery, and business continuity plans;
• Managing Web servers on Windows / Linux;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Web Development, or related field is preferred;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Fluency with markup and programming languages including HTML, XML, Java, and CSS;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software;
• Excellent knowledge of software;
• Good and professional communication skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good Team player;
• Knowledge of Mail merge, Excel, Outlook;
• Fulfilling workflow requests;
