A leading Foundry in Coimbatore Industrial city and We are having 35 years’ experience in Manufacturing of automobile components including Wheel Hubs, Brake Drums, Spring & Steering Brackets, Pulleys, Flywheels, Bearing Caps, Covers & Housings, Manifold to various corporate industries and General engineering Components, and Agricultural Equipment Components. It has presently 2 Foundry Units and 1 State of the art machining facilities certified for ISO 9001:2015.

Position: Supervisor – Production (Machine Shop CNC / VMC)

Experience: Maximum 05-10yrs

Qualification: BE / DIP / Any Degree

Salary: Upto Rs.30,000/- Based on Experience

• CNC/VMC/HMC programming knowledge must
• Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting.
• Setting up production targets and achieving the same within time and Quality parameters.
• Optimizing man & machine utilization by proper planning to achieve production targets.
• Ensuring the start-up check of all machine condition
• Ensure the storage of material, guarantee the quantities stored and the correct storage conditions.
• Ensure the material availability, integrity & delivery on time on production line
• Update Machines preventive records, breakdown Records and weekly, monthly records.
• All machine daily record refers working condition with production + hour.
• Always follow to in plant 5S.
