Final Glow Hiring for Finance & Accounts Executive at Panaji Full Time

We’re a conceptual lighting design firm based in Goa, and now hiring a talented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate must be able to manage all finance and accounting processes for the firm.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Creating records in accounting software of items, customer, vendors, bookkeeping of bills, expenses, invoices, etc.
• Making all type of data entry in the accounting software and maintaining the related files.
• Handling Inventory, Sales, Purchase, bank and cash accounting.
• Manage accounts payable (bill payments, petty cash, etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque.
• Invoice verification, Processing PO and Non-PO invoices (Material and service invoices).
• Analysing price and quantity block cases weekly and follow up with respective clients.
• Handling of Bank and cash transactions and reconciliation thereof. Interactions with the bank. Handling Import / Export accounting and handling of related documents.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
• Handling of timely Compliances filing TDS returns and filing GST returns and maintaining related documents.
• Enforce credit control, timely payments, and periodic review of Debtors.
• Follow with CA & CS for Internal Audit, manage day to day operations of the accounts section. Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Handling vendors /client queries for payment status /Credit terms.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports and bank reconciliation as per management’s requirement.
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements.
• Keep learning more technical and professional skills for the job.
• Ability to create and deliver financial presentations.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com or M.Com Graduates only.
• 1-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and good PC skills.
• Knowledge of Accounting Software and GST Filling will be essential.
• Candidates living in and around 10kms radius of Panjim will be preferred.

Location: Panaji, Goa

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
