Findhu Hiring for Industrial / Plant Controller at Almada, Setubal Portugal Full Time

Job Description: 
Findhu is looking for a dynamic and energetic Plant Controller for the biggest factory in Europe, based in Belgium
What are you going to do:
Lead the performance animation for the industrial costs of the Rotselaar plant;
Provide timely and accurate reporting of site performance actual results including in-depth Analysis of variances to local and central stakeholders;
Analyze and report weekly and monthly key performance indicators and ensure their accuracy, understand and communicate the impact of these measures to the business.
Perform tasks for plant cost month-end close including material losses and labor variance analysis;
Coordinate the monthly forecast process, identifying and tracking Risks & Opportunities, and co-leading initiative
Responsible for the CAPEX controlling of the factory including support in business case calculations and cash-out forecast estimations
Support the plant director and the plant leadership team by driving an accountability and cost-consciousness mindset within the plant;
Give recommendations to the plant leadership team on strategic discussions and business decisions;
Track operations productivity projects, execution, and financial impact;
Responsible for the execution of plant internal controls and liaising with internal and external auditors;
Effectively communicate with several plant departments;
Manage and assist with special projects.
Your best Skills:
Master’s degree, preferably in Business administration with a Finance specialization
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance in a manufacturing environment
Strong Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ERP Systems experience (SAP preferred)
Solid interpersonal, analytical, and technical skills
The ability to communicate complex financial information verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail, possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt and be flexible.
Is resilient, determined, and proactively anticipates business needs
Fluent in English & Dutch, written and spoken; French is a plus
