Great customer relationship resulted in Finlabs getting into the IT services space as the existing customers kept coming back with more requirements – even beyond the finance domain. The Role: The incumbent will be a front-line leader, part of the transformation journey for Finlabs – implementing directional changes, implementing processes and workflow changes, metrics & SLAs & data monitoring changes. They will therefore be someone that is independent, self-learning, and is excited about people and positive changes.

The person will be responsible for Operations and Customer Relationship spaces including:

· Imbibing the Company’s Obsessive Customer Focus philosophy and implement the same (including quality, efficient, and seamless client onboarding, responses to queries, and resolution of complaints)

· Ensure timely communication with External Clients and Internal Stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of data / information

· Operations management (including SLA adherence and continual process improvement)

· Metrics management and data capture & management (including defining metrics and analysis, reporting, and recommendation for changes)

· Ensure client data is protected and secured (by enforcing access rights, verification levels, and creating awareness)

The person, in addition, will also be overseeing the administrative aspects (through a team) – office upkeep, vendor management, regulatory filings, business continuity, accounting, etc.

The successful candidate will be:

· A quick learner with the ability to understand the overall direction and strategy

· Comfortable with change, uncertainty, and ambiguity – preferably should thrive in it

· Inspired by challenging goals

· Great at people skills (must have)

· Obsessively customer focused; great at relationship building

· Comfortable in a remote working environment and with a distributed team

· Strongly data orientated

Required: The candidate will likely be a graduate in any stream. The typical candidate will have around 10-12 years of relevant experience.

Looking for candidates who have got experience in handling BPO operations, client handling and escalations and preferably from Financial process

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
