Fireball Technologies is an E-Commerce based company in Coimbatore. We are looking for Experienced person to work for the position of Customer Service Representative.
- Proven experience in customer support both in voice and non-voice.
- Good knowledge in Excel.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To manage the Amazon seller account & Flipkart account.
- To communicate with the customers about the queries and order status.
- To prepare weekly & monthly reports
- To contact with account managers.
- Sales Analytics report.
- Inventory planning for production.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
