Fireball Technologies Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Coimbatore Full Time

Fireball Technologies is an E-Commerce based company in Coimbatore. We are looking for Experienced person to work for the position of Customer Service Representative.

• Proven experience in customer support both in voice and non-voice.
• Good knowledge in Excel.
• Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To manage the Amazon seller account & Flipkart account.
• To communicate with the customers about the queries and order status.
• To prepare weekly & monthly reports
• To contact with account managers.
• Sales Analytics report.
• Inventory planning for production.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
