Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage the onboarding of new vendors and brands in the FMCG or Beauty Care category. The role involves:

  • Identifying and onboarding new brands/vendors aligned with category needs
  • Conducting market research to analyze trends and discover emerging brands
  • Negotiating commercial terms and business models with potential partners
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to expedite onboarding
  • Managing the brand portfolio to ensure category growth
  • Competition mapping and study across all the marketplaces

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Online or Offline sales/operations within the FMCG or Beauty Care category.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Market and competitor research
