Job Description Summary
Nondiscrimination testing of US Retirement plans (defined contribution plan- 401(k)/403(b) Plans. This is an annual activity of regulatory nature that is done for all US Retirement Plans so that the plan maintains a tax-favored status and both plan sponsor and participant get tax exemption on the contributions they make into plan. The US Retirement plans are subject to ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974) regulations and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and are regulated by US regulatory bodies like Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The testing involves scrubbing of Census Data received from client/ pulled from Omni Recordkeeping system, validating the data, sending queries to the client for missing information, coding the plan specification in Compliance Testing software Relius Admin (RA), importing the Census data into RA, and eventually running the 410(b), ADP/ACP, Top-Heavy Test, 414(s) Test, 402(g), 415 limit Tests and reconciling testing reports with data files.
Main Area of work:
Responsible primarily for preparation of Compliance Testing of 401(k) and 403(b) plans.
Need to identify missing data items all at once and send query to the client
Nondiscrimination Testing involves Census data scrubbing, data validation, running of 410(b), ADP, ACP, Top Heavy, 414(s) testing reports

Ability to interpret plan rules defined in the plan adoption agreement and apply them to do eligibility calculations
Willingness to learn a challenging domain which offers unique scenarios while you work on testing.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong research and analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and Interpersonal Skills.
Need to be good in excel to perform data validation and data scrubbing effectively
Keep learning this vast domain ,tools like Relius Admin , Omni , Omni Workflow, DVW
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related.
MBA/M Com./Master’s in Accounting or related field would be an added advantage
Minimum 0-1 years of directly related with FIS’ Relius Administration.
Excellent oral and written communication and articulation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to apply VLOOKUP’s, EDATE, DATEDIF, COUNTIF formulae etc. on Census data for eligibility calculation.
Must be dependable and flexible, with the willingness to stretch during business needs.
Ability to meet plan specific deadlines and turnaround testing work as per deadlines from the clients and US
Participate in team meetings.
Complete and remain committed to ongoing training and development.
Must abide by all security requirements.
Must abide by FIS policies including attendance, compliance, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Consistently meet or exceed target goals for productivity and quality.
Communicate and follow-up with teams as appropriate.
Self -review, research feedback on discrepancies on the assigned work post onshore QC
