About the team We are Reliance Trust Team providing Investment Accounting Services to our Trust Client Globally, we have different teams working on Position Recon, Cash Recon, Exception Resolution, Financial Reporting, Trade Team and so on.
What you will be doing This position works with Operations management: identify the opportunities within team for efficiencies, managing multi-functional team with critical deliverables, work on transition business from one location to Pune, Open to work in shifts to cover client requirements.
What you bring: Knowledge / Experience
Min 8+ years of experience on handling medium or large team within operations.
Strong understanding financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, SWAPS, Equities etc.
Knowledge of Reconciliation and reporting is must. Good to have knowledge on Trade Settlements lifecycle, Corporate actions, Accruals.
Knowledge around business transitions and required documentation is must to have.
Should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.
Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
Working closely with the team to identify process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process related documentations on timely basis.
Able to complete regular one to ones and year end performance reviews with all necessary documentation.
Identify and resolve any issues related to process, people and others to line management on urgent basis with possible solution.
Plan staffing requirements according to business needs.
Should be very active who can discover out the opportunities in existing business by gaining efficiencies, Automating the processes, identifying the Risks in current process and act to mitigate those risk.
Should be able to control the attrition in team and take all necessary actions to make sure it is minimal.
Assists in tracking, compiling and completing Reports/ MIS as assigned

Prior experience in knowledge transition is essential
Hands-on experience in handling Metrics, Volumes and other SLAs (including escalations) is required;
