About the team

Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.

What you will be doing

Providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues

Monitoring network activity and identifying performance issues that may need to be addressed by IT support staff

Analyzing data from logs and other sources to identify and resolve problems with computer applications

Maintaining documentation of all actions taken during the troubleshooting process.

Contribute to product documentation, customer knowledge base, and best practices guides

Reproduce and debug customer issues by building or using existing test environments and tools.

What you Bring:
Moderate level work experience on SQL and access Database, running complex queries

Experience on ticketing tool Service now and Team support

Basic knowledge of ITIL

Basic Network and Server commands

Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Basic knowledge of Active directory

Monitoring, Tracking and resolving tickets/Problems, Change as per SLA Basic knowledge of software testing
