About the team
This role is a part of our application support. Involves in implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. It gives you knowledge of US banking. Team name is business eBanking.
What you will be doing
Will be doing support for US banking platform.
It requires 24*7 support.
Troubleshooting application issues and resolving them,
Working on business incidents and resolve them.
Working on change request for any production changes.
Work on deployment of application.
What you bring:
3 to 5 Years of Production support experience with knowledge in windows platform ASP.net.
Should have knowledge of IIS and Database SQL.
Knows ITIL process.
Good communication skills.
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of openshift.
Knowledge of C# and OOPS concepts.
Networking knowledge.
