About the team

This role is a part of our Remote Infrastructure Management Team. Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients. Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives. Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software. Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

What you will be doing

Data migration, storage allocation, connectivity, and storage reporting requests.

Creates, removes, and expands file systems and volumes.

Provides SAN switch / director monitoring, configuration, and support.

Works with senior peers to develop change management procedures.

Creates and maintains documentation.

Creates investment proposals and presents concepts during team meetings.

Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
Expert knowledge on Unity, Isilon and Vmax is must along with support knowledge of ECS, SRM, Netapp along with CISCO, Brocade Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.

Effective fluent communication and team skills with an ability to cooperate present to and participate with peers/team members

Advanced knowledge of storage arrays, SAN fabrics, and Virtualization

EMC VMAX and ALL Flash arrays

NETAPP C-MOD or Any other NAS product.

IBM SVC, EMC Vplex, Virtualization products.

Cisco/Brocade

Basic knowledge of operating systems and systems administration concepts

Windows, Unix, Linux systems. Knowledge and experience with data replication concepts and tools
