About this Team:

The team Supports on Level 2 and 3 issue based on OS, applications, Linux etc, Works on tickets and mentor the Level 1 team.

Level 1 support for Server and Network team

What you will be doing:

• Provide resolution to issues raised by the employees based on severity. Coordinate and ensure that all calls are closed within the SLA.

• Engineer should have experience in Data Centre/infrastructure support

• Troubleshooting experience in Server Hardware’s and Storage

• Experience in Patch (WSUS) and Antivirus Administration

• WSUS, Mcafee, ADS, Group Policy administration experience

• Experience in 24*7 Support operations

• Expertise in Backup and restoration

• Mentor the Helpdesk and Techops team and support Tech operations

What you bring:

• The candidate should have hands on Experience in Windows Server, ADS, DHCP and DNS and Linux admin, Bigfix tool management

• Ready to handover escalation and support Leaders on technical issues.

• Consults with management to analyze information technology needs and determine scope, objectives, and priorities of technical projects, technical systems capacity, budgeting requirements and IT acquisitions
