Customer Service – Sr Associate II

• Min Qualification – Graduation

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

• The capability to analyze issues and find practical solutions.

• An understanding and empathetic approach when dealing with customer concerns.

• A willingness to learn and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.

• Flexibility to handle various customer situations and adapt to changing work environments.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

• Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and address concerns.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

• Ensure productivity, quality, and consistency of service delivery in alignment with company standards.

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role via chat/email.

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience.

• Flexibility to work in shifts and accept rotational weekly offs.
