Security Engineer – Identity Manager

• Provide support for Fiserv’s application teams using SailPoint, Active Directory, etc.,

• Contribute to IAM component designs,

• IAM service development,

• Service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features

• Work closely with Engineering and architecture teams to implement the IAM Plan, Build, Run model and provide feedback

• Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint

• Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System Entitlements to Applications/Systems and Identity Cubes within SailPoint

• Cross-functional and collaboration with PING and CyberArk peers

• Attend all required meetings

• Mentor as appropriate new and/or junior engineers

• troubleshoot and resolve identity issues reported by end users and service partners.

• Analysis of local accounts and permissions, connectivity, etc., and troubleshooting same.

• Design, Test and Troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Ensure Audit and other requested information is provided within a timely manner

• Drive global standardization efforts across the firm

As a Security Engineer, daily responsibilities include:

• Lead/mentor the FGS team and provide technical guidance

• Server Patching Validation

• Daily on-call support

• Resolving incident tickets in que S3GDP_IdentityAccessManagement

• Working on on-call support documentation

• Training team members about on call duties

• Training team members on how to work Incidents

• Project activities work
