Monitor and troubleshoot batch job failures in all environments to support BU.
Monitor production and certification Autosys jobs to ensure that the Batch jobs run as per the schedule.
Failures and delays are identified through alerts generated by the monitoring tool in the form of incidents on the ticketing tool.
Ensure that all the files are ready for processing by the start of the day.
Monitor email alerts troubleshoot the issues and take actions to respond to clients and associates in timely manner.
Team to perform other additional tasks that are not captured in service point ticketing tool e.g. email requests, job modifications, change requests and maintenance windows.
