Flaviant Network Private Limited is an Ed-Tech Organisation looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated HR Intern.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Align day to day HR activities in co-ordination with different departments.
• Understand the company’s employee engagement strategy and objectives, and work with managers to ensure it is being executed
• Organize and facilitate monthly team-building activities
• Plan and execute company-wide events aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment
• Keep abreast of changes in the company’s organizational structure and employee demographics, and adjust engagement strategies accordingly
• Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management
• Assist with the development and implementation of new employee onboarding programs
• Serve as a resource for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures
• Handle employee complaints in a confidential and professional manner

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
