Fleet Studio Hiring for Executive Assistant at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Ultimately, your contributions will optimize our business efficiency through tailored and punctual assistance.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine

• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO,directors, employees, clients and other 

• external partners

• Facilitate coordination with the CEO across two distinct time zones

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, gathering documents, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs

• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

• Take minutes during meetings

• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary

• Comprehensive vendor management for all administrative tasks 

• Maintain various records and documents for CEO

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of Work experience as a C-level Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role

• Any Bachelor’s degree preferred 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent Google Workspace / MS Office suite knowledge

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Experience in effective social media management

• Experience as a virtual assistant.

• Ability to multitask

• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information
