Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do

• Administer, Support and Audit ASPs (Authorized Service Partner) in this region

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

• Technical Qualification (Min. Diploma in Electronics / comm.)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in handling Mobile Service / IT hardware – L3, L4
• Experience in handling/Managing Service centers
• Core job role is to audit ASP service centers. Ability to probe, collect data as per the requirement.
• Do process audits at the service centers for end-to-end call/parts/billing process for compliance and identify the gaps to report
• Interest and learn the CRM process for multiple brands to ensure audit effectiveness
• Should be well versed with service delivery process understanding in the domain he/she is currently handling
• Process oriented have a knowledge on managing call process, parts handling and billing process at the service centers
• Candidate should be willing to travel PAN India either on planned or short notice period on business needs
• Multilingual is important – English & Hindi
