Flipkart Hiring for Assistant Manager Control Tower at Bangalore Full Time

About the team :

• Non Large Control Tower is the central team that makes sure the supply chain runs 24/7 without any hiccups. It’s a small but high talented & very effective team. The team does the following :

– works with every function to problem solve critical issues – both reactively as well as proactively.

• thrives on data and leverages it to do RCAs and fix issues

• runs the governance process for the Non Large Supply Chain, like daily/weekly huddle, daily breach analysis and reporting, reliability pod.

• responsible for driving the supply chain readiness for the festive season

• And lastly the team owns the metric of Breach & Extent of Breach for Flipkart

• Set up and own process intiatives to drive Extent of breach based on AOP targets

What you’ll do:

• Non Large Control Tower is looking for a Asst Manager to be contributing in the following charters :

• Customer Experience (SPOC for eKART escalations)

• Extent of Breach

• Product & Automation

• You will be owner of Reliability Metric ( Extent of Breach) and serve as the SPOC for Flipkart for all things related to EoB for FM

• You will be the SPOC from eKart for all supply related customers escalations

• You will be actively collaborating with Product & Tech to chart out the key features that need to be built, write the BRDs and get them prioritised via the OKR process.

• You will work with Asset & Network design to chart out a long term plan to improve EoB

• You are expected to be hands on, collaborative and get things done at a rapid speed.
