This team leads Customer acquisition, CRM, Loyalty, Retention, Sale Events and Demand Shaping efforts for Flipkart Health+ that entail driving complex, multi-phased projects by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time.
About The Role
The candidate will be responsible for owning the insights for New Customer acquisition and Retention charters at Flipkart Health+. The role will entail analyzing huge amounts of data to drive actionable insights leading to improvement in the customer acquisition and long term customer value for the platform. Being the analytics SPOC, the candidate will be driving alignments and closures with different functional leaders across and outside the organization to ensure the right set of offerings and benefits as per customer needs.
In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for customer retention charter, with focus on building the right constructs and tools to drive customer repeats and LTV. This role will require an extremely structured and analytical approach to campaign planning, and at the same time ensure best in class design and comms on the consumer side.
