Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ITGC audits, ensuring compliance with SOX/ICOFR regulations.
• Engage with external auditors, presenting evidence and defending the organization’s compliance status.
• Identify non-compliances or gaps and work collaboratively with IT and business teams to address and resolve them within specified timelines.
• Conduct ITAC audits and IPE evaluations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of automated controls.
• Utilize SQL and Python skills to assess system data and automate audit processes where applicable.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that each is progressing as planned and meeting compliance and organizational objectives.
• Review, design, and test internal controls across various IT domains.
• Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in IT Audit, ITGC Audits, ITAC Audit, and IPE evaluations.
• Strong understanding of SOX/ICOFR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal teams and external auditors.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with eCommerce business processes.
• Knowledge or experience in scripting and automation.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
