Cleartrip is disrupting the way India travels. Driving Profitable growth is part of our core goals with the Business Finance team supporting the Growth org in day-to-day planning, execution, measurement across growth levers and increasing ROI across campaigns and channels.

Your Role:
- Generate and publish daily, monthly business and management reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure report/data is accurate and there is no discrepancy
- Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyze causes of variance
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Keenly follow the competitive landscape and feed management with relevant intelligence
- Monitor competitor activity and strategies to benchmark performance and identifying improvement areas
- Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making
- Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/BI tools
Must Have Skills:
- Finance Professional with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the Travel or Consumer Internet Business. Technical background with knowledge of SQL, etc. a plus
- Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data
- Experience in Daily, Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing
- Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams
