Role Summary:
The executive will be the part of central ops team. Candidate will be responsible for E2E analysis and investigation of the business problems. The insights need to be presented with the stakeholders for the observation identified and taken for the structural solves.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders (Operations and Customer experience team) for the daily execution of the activities.
- Maintain the MIS for the data and present the insights basis the historical trend
- Ensure the timely ingestion of the data into the system and if required follow up with the relevant stakeholders for the correctness and the timeliness of the data.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Fresher or minimum 6 months or lesser experience in any field are eligible for this role
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge in MS office and understanding of operating windows system independently.
- Hands on knowledge and experience in Supply chain would be added advantage.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including management and end-users
- Must have ability to understand org requirements and convert them into valuable outputs
- Self -starter who takes the initiative and is proactive in way of work
