Position: Analyst/Senior Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Position Background:
Launch Team is looking for smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative candidates to exhibit excellent
judgment and instincts in decision making and proactively and continually improves their level of
knowledge about Flipkart’s business, its platform, and relevant technologies.
We are looking for exceptional candidates who are passionate about raising the performance bar, who
have the ability to drive new innovations in Operations. Ability to think broadly and strategically
understand customer behavior w.r.t search/browse. You will experience a wide range of problem solving
situations, strategic to real-time. You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on
the quality of our Browse, Search and Seller Dashboards experience through quality evaluation. You will
be working with various Internal Stakeholders and are expected to bring innovative ideas and resolve
issues related to Vertical Definitions, New Vertical Launches, Browse Nodes/Stores and Customer
Browse/Search Experience.

Responsibilities:
1. We are looking for efficient Individuals with good analytical skills and an understanding of the
excel who are willing to work in a dynamic process of Definition Creation.
2. Work with an enthusiastic team and complete the tasks assigned following the TAT and defined
Metrics.
3. Should troubleshoot and solve all work related problems quickly and efficiently.
4. Analyze the priorities received and work efficiently to get the same closed as per the TAT.
