- Manage day to day shift operation with productivity and quality targets adhering the SOP’s.
- Participate in the recruitment & selection process for all ground ops staff so as to ensure their suitability for each position and their compatibility with the existing staff.
- Ensure that all relevant data is gathered, is recorded correctly and stored in such a way that analysis can be done in the simplest and most time efficient manner.
- Formulation & generation of new methods of cost controlling, cost cutting by providing various alternatives methods.
- Continuously monitor the Outbound shift and assist the Functional Manager in solving all daily ops related issues.
- Coordinate internal and external resources associated with the delivery of assigned six sigma projects.
