Flipkart Hiring for Senior Manager – Finance Operations at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

Cleartrip is disrupting the way India travels. We need someone to lead the B2B Accounting Team in Cleartrip where there is a high focus on Impact and Ownership which allows for freedom to experiment and innovate.

You are Responsible for

• Strong management accounting and operational finance knowledge
• Manage Revenue, billing, Revenue recognition, Expense, Payments- Category and Non-Category for B2B and
• Hotels LOB
• Governance and compliance including SOX, ICOFR controls etc
• Optimization/transformation opportunities with Finance processes (especially R2R)
• Reconciliation of accruals Vs actual revenue, Ageing schedule of customers, MIS reporting, forecasting etc
• Manage the month end activities which include closing of sub ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and balance sheet account analysis.
• TCS GST compliance and reimbursements

Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

• Good accounting knowledge and experience in R2R,P2P and O2C
• Good GST/TDS/TCS knowledge.
• Reconciliation of vendors and preparation of reports.
• Good communication skills.
• Working with Internal SPOC’s for alignment and accounting.
