- Lead a performance driven logistics organization of FTE & Non-FTE Workforce spread across the Cluster.
- Responsible for making the Non-Large Last Mile & First Mile supply chain far superior to competition in terms of speed, reach, innovations & cost
- Developing a culture of Deep Customer Experience by enabling industry leading customer delight & doorstep experience
- Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of new optimized delivery networks and delivery flexibility with the help of central COEs
- Build Smart Infra with best-in-class hub infra, simplified processes & right amenities
- Build resilient supply at scale through infinite supply of talent and industry best value proposition for people
- Create efficient last mile delivery solution with maximum flexibility and minimized cost
- Develop Sellers to be brand ambassadors by enhancing Seller NPS & enabling immediate handshakes
- Build a culture of ownership, empowerment, performance and customer obsession
- Financial budgeting & execution – PNL accountability of delivery operations pan India
- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation.
- Responsible for business development and increasing the reach on serviceable pin codes, Improve business scale and consistency with existing vendor base.
- Create Third Party Logistics & Outsourced Delivery hubs as a differentiated service with a competitive edge, experiment and explore opportunities which will help in complementing the Ekart supply chain capabilities.
- Drive applied innovation and design thinking with vendor partners in creating differentiated services.
