Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support interns with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls/ Mails and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective customer support representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business
Responsibilities and Duties
· Answer questions about products or the company
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
· Enter and update customer information in the database
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
· Interfacing with customers on a day – day basis
· Handling emails and company social media account.
· Corresponding with customers over the phone / email / social media regarding updates about orders placed by them
· Resolving customer queries basis the defined process and as per company policy
· Ensuring superior customer satisfaction by ensuring flawless delivery of the product to customers
· Assisting the customer to resolve any issues that they might have with the product delivered

Good verbal and written skills * Ability to multi – task, be creative and provide solutions to customers even when in the face of difficulty, * Possessing a customer centric attitude along with an ability to apply the tools and methods necessary to ensure that the customer is delighted with the service offered, * Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection * Possessing a single minded determination to overcome obstacles and focusing on superior customer service at all times

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹36,545.14 per month
